Making An Appointment
Clients are seen by appointment only. New clients may be seen within 24 hours upon request. Call the number at the location you prefer and any representative who answers the call will be able to help. Appointments can be scheduled by calling us directly from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.
Insurance
We accept most commercial insurance plans, including Highmark, UPMC, Medicare, Tricare, Aetna, Cigna, MHN, PHCS/Multiplan, United HealthCare, Health America/Coventry/First Health, Value Options and many Employee Assistance Plans. Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hour notice for cancellation. If you do not attend a scheduled appointment and do not provide 24 hour advance notice of cancellation, a fee will be applied to your account. We are unable to bill your insurance company for unattended appointments.
Copayments
Copayments are due at the time of service. If you do not pay your copayment at the time of service, an additional charge will be applied. We accept credit cards, checks, cash and HSA/FSA payments.
